Cancellation and Refund Policy

    1. Order Cancellation
      Before Payment: If the payment for an order is not successfully received, the order will be automatically cancelled.
      After Payment: Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, cancellations are not allowed.
      Cancellation by Customer: If a customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been placed and paid for, the cancellation request will not be entertained, and no refund will be issued.
    2. Cancellation by Us
      ● We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion in cases of- Stock unavailability, Pricing errors or Unforeseen circumstances.
      ● In such cases, we will notify the customer and initiate a full refund if applicable.
    3. Refund Policy
      Non-Refundable: We do not offer refunds for orders that are cancelled after payment has been processed.
      Replacement in Case of Issue: In the event of a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, we will arrange for a replacement of the item, as per our Return Policy.
    4. Order Modification
      ● Once an order has been placed and payment is received, modifications to the order (such as changing items or quantities) are not possible.
    5. Exceptions
      ● In the case of a technical error or issue with our system that results in an incorrect order or payment, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and work towards a resolution.
