Shipping policy-

  1. Processing- Order will be dispatched from our side within 48 hours after receiving order request. We do not process orders on Sundays and on National Holidays.
  2. Estimated Delivery Time- We try our best to provide you with speedy and timely delivery. Our standard shipping time varies from 6-12 days. For shipping to a remote location, the delivery may depend on the area or the location where the order is to be delivered. In case none of our shipping partner delivers to your area, then we can send your order through Book Parcel by India Post. Delivery through India post may take up to 15-20 days in extreme cases. Package sent through India post can be tracked using tracking ID on https://www.indiapost.gov.in/_layouts/15/dop.portal.tracking/trackconsignment.aspx
  3. Tracking Your Order- You can track your order using the tracking number/ID provided by us on the invoice sent to your order confirmation email. The order can be tracked by visiting our delivery partner’s (Courier Company) website, by entering the tracking number/ID over there.

Follow these simple steps to track your order-

  1. Once your order is dispatched, we will mail your invoice mentioning tracking ID/POD number with courier company’s name to your mail id.
  2. Open the delivery partner website and enter your tracking ID over there.
  3. Our Shipping Partners- We use the best shipping partners in India. They provide Fast, Secure and Reliable delivery service. We use services of Ondot courier, Trackon, The Professional couriers, DTDC.

Cancellation and refund policy-

As of now we do not provide any option for cancellation of products and/or services you have purchased or subscribed. Once a product/service has been purchased by you, we cannot provide any refund, either totally or partially. We suggest that you thoroughly go through our products on the website before making a purchase decision.

Return and replacement policy-

We use the best packaging methods for securing the orders from any damage as well as the services of the best shipping partners to ensure that the orders reach you in good condition. Though we make sure that the order is undamaged, we do not take any responsibility for the damages caused to your order while in transit.

We will accept replacement of products under following cases only-

  • If the order received by you do not comply with the specifications as per your original order
  • If you have received a damaged/ defective book

Procedure for Sending return and getting replacement order

  1. Make a video while opening the parcel.
  2. If any defect/ Variation in order is found by you, Send the video proof to us at crm.sdinesh@gmail.com
  3. If the evidence provided is found satisfactory, we will accept the return and intimate you by email.
  4. Send us the original order back to our corporate address through parcel/courier. Please note that parcel/ courier charges for sending original order back to us will be borne by you.
  5. After we have received the original order back, we will dispatch the replacement order free of cost without any shipping charges.
