1. Return Eligibility
 ● Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged, incorrect, or defective books received by the customer.
 ● The returned books must be unused and in their original packaging.
2. Eligibility Non-Returnable Items
 ● E-books, digital downloads, and personalized books are non-returnable.
 ● Opened or used books are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
 ● To initiate a return, please contact our support team via WhatsApp at 7710 711 711 or email us at online.sdinesh@gmail.com.
 ● Provide your order details and a video showing the issue.
 ● Video Requirement: We require a video showing the package opening process clearly displaying the reason for the return (e.g., damaged or     incorrect item). The video should be sent on the same day you receive the package.
 ● Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of the return shipment to our office address.
 ● Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct a quality check. If the item is found to be damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will dispatch   a replacement order within 7-9 working days.
 ● Please note that no refunds will be issued for returns. Instead, a replacement item will be sent if the returned item qualifies.
